Thank you for the great taste, style, creativity and professionalism you applied to our home redesign and decorating project. This applies not only to furniture, finishes, fabrics, art and other décor, but also to the beautiful architectural improvements you made. Your design skills have touched or transformed every room in our house, and even our front and back yards!
I was going for a certain look - sophisticated, uncluttered, eclectic, comfortable, and unique…the look of a high-end custom home. We wanted to infuse our old-world home with contemporary elements that didn't "fight" with the feel of the home. You achieved these objectives and we now have the home we hoped for, and a home that visitors compliment.
At all times, you were highly professional, organized, mindful of cost, and accountable when resolving problems with subcontractors or vendors. You listened carefully to our preferences, never attempting to impose your vision on our home. Rather you used design rationales, knowledge and experience to persuade us in the best directions. We came to appreciate your uncanny ability to visualize a room in its beautifully finished state, and your conviction about the right steps to take to achieve that vision.
Ultimately, your approaches in all these areas built our trust. We trust your suggestions, we value your integrity and we appreciate your undeniable talent on display in our home everyday.
